To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

By engaging with Ceriwink, you agree that you will NOT under any circumstances:

• Use the platform to break any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to hack, bypass, or compromise the security of the platform or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary AI models.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload, exploit, or disrupt our servers.
• Use the platform to audit or analyze malicious websites, phishing domains, or illegal content.

Subscription & Payments

Our services are billed on a recurring subscription basis depending on the plan you select:

• $19/month Individual Plan: For independent freelancers, designers, or developers.
• Custom Pricing: Custom tailored plans for teams and enterprise organizations.

Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. Simply contact our support team within 7 days of your first payment, and we will issue a full refund.

Intellectual Property

Ceriwink completely owns the platform, software architecture, branding, visual identity, databases, and core AI algorithms. Using our platform does not grant you ownership or intellectual property rights over any part of Ceriwink's proprietary technology.

Limitation of Liability

Ceriwink provides automated design analysis as a supplementary tool. We are not responsible for direct or indirect business losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from actions taken (or not taken) based on our audit reports. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

Termination

We reserve the unequivocal right to instantly suspend or terminate your account and access to the service if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
